Research and Discovery

I conducted a thorough research to explore our platform's customization features, collaborating closely with the product manager to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals. Through audits, stakeholder discussions, and user feedback, we identified strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing user experience by expanding customization options. This analysis laid a strong foundation for developing a flexible, intuitive design tool in Figma, making app customization more accessible and user-friendly.

Users can access important features and navigate to other pages from the Dashboard. Features include Summary of survey responses, AI-generated insights, quick access to recent surveys, and navigation links to other pages.
